Tsukudani (Soy-Braised Beef) — Yakiniku-grade round, seasoned with ginger

The hallmark of our Tsukudani is its satisfying "meatiness." Thick-cut yakiniku-grade Kobe Beef round is slowly simmered — retaining a hearty, meaty bite while the fibers grow tender and yielding.

Every ingredient is carefully chosen: soy sauce, sugar, and starch syrup create a sweet-savory base, finished with a warm ginger note.

Shigure-ni (Ginger Soy Beef) — Sliced beef seasoned with sansho pepper

Sukiyaki-style slices from a variety of cuts — loin, ribs, and round — are used in this preparation. Fragrant, tingling whole sansho peppercorns draw out the distinctive sweetness of Kobe Beef fat in the most delightful way.

The thinly sliced meat is wonderfully tender, simmered until it practically melts apart, making it an unbeatable topping for a bowl of hot rice.

How should I store it?

Please keep refrigerated. The shelf life is listed on the product page.

Can I carry it at room temperature?

Yes, for a few hours. We include a large ice pack. Please avoid heaters and direct sunlight, and keep it as cool as possible.

Can I specify a delivery date and time?

Yes, you can select your preferred date and time during checkout. Available time slots: Morning / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-20:00 / 19:00-21:00. Orders placed by 2:00 PM on business days can be delivered the next day (some areas excluded).

How much is shipping?

A flat rate of ¥880 (tax included) nationwide. Free shipping on orders of ¥8,640 or more.

Will it arrive refrigerated or frozen?

Refrigerated is the default. If you prefer frozen delivery, please note "Frozen preferred" in the order notes at checkout.

What is the shelf life?

Refrigerated products have a shelf life of 4 days from the shipping date. Frozen products vary by item — please check the individual product pages.
