How does Shabu-shabu "Premium" compare to other cuts?

Light and healthy, "Premium" is perfect for a gathering with guests of all ages. If you prefer richly marbled meat, try our "Supreme Loin" or "Sirloin."

"Supreme" also uses shoulder, a lean cut, but "Premium" has an even stronger lean character. Supreme has slightly more marbling and a softer texture.

Rich Beef Flavor You Can Really Enjoy!

My family saw the shop featured in a TV segment and that's how we discovered it. When we visited Motomachi, we bought sliced trimmings (for ourselves) at the store a few times, and they were so delicious that this time I decided to send a gift to a close friend through the online shop.
They sent me a photo right after it arrived, and I was pleased to see the packaging (including the noshi wrapping) was very carefully done.
They were surprised by how thick and large each piece of meat was, and said it was very tender with a rich, satisfying beef flavor. They enjoyed it as regular shabu-shabu on the first day and as seared shabu-shabu on the second day.
It may depend on personal preference, but they mentioned that while it was absolutely delicious, they'd also like to try a cut with just a bit more marbling.

I purchased this for my father's 60th birthday celebration.
Considering his age, we wanted to avoid overly fatty meat, so we chose the Premium cut.
The marbling was perfectly balanced, and the aroma was clearly in a different league from supermarket beef.
