Sweet and Tender Sukiyaki

I purchased this for my grandmother who is battling an illness and made sukiyaki with it.
Since it gets a bit tough when simmered too long, I seared it in the broth until just slightly pink, set it aside, and put it back in the pot right before eating.
It was so tender that even my grandmother, who wears dentures, said it was delicious and was really happy.
