What sets our shabu-shabu meat apart is its generous thickness. We've carried on the tradition from the days when our craftsmen sliced each piece by hand — our shabu-shabu is cut just as thick as our sukiyaki meat.
Why? Because we're confident in how tender it is, and we want you to really taste the meat itself. A quick swish in hot broth is classic, but it's also wonderful steam-grilled with vegetables.
