I eat meat almost every day, but my favorite menu is sukiyaki. It's a dish that can't be deceived, and the taste changes completely depending on the quality of the meat. When I was little, I always used to make souvenirs when I went back to the countryside.
The trick is to grill the meat well first. And the seasoning is simple, soy sauce, sugar, and sake only. It's no good if you put water in it! Adjust to your liking and enjoy it to your heart's content. I like to add a lot of sugar to give it a sweet taste.
