how to order

Tatsuya offers a variety of ways to order.

How to order (order online)

You can easily order online anytime.

This is a system where you press the "Add to Cart" button on each product page, add it to your cart, and then pay at the checkout screen. Please fill in the necessary information according to the instructions.

You can specify up to one delivery address at a time on the order form.
Registering as a member allows you to save the orderer and delivery address, which is very convenient.
(*You can also shop without registering as a member.)

If you have multiple delivery addresses, please repeat the order for each address.

If there are many, please send us a list of recipients. EXCEL files are available. (→ Click here for file ) After ordering the number of items to be sent to your home, please send the completed destination list to our store as an email attachment ( tatuya@kobebeef.co.jp ).
Any format is acceptable as long as your name, postal code, address, and phone number are included.

We offer the following payment methods

  • Various credit cards
  • KOMOJU - Convenience store payment (prepayment)
  • Bank transfer (prepayment) *To Resona Bank or PayPay Bank
  • Postal transfer (prepaid)
  • Paidy deferred payment
  • Rakuten pay

Regarding the number of days until delivery

If payment is completed by around 2:00 pm, we can basically ship the same day .
The number of days from shipping to arrival varies depending on the region.

By region: Approximate delivery time

  • Tohoku, Kanto, Koshinetsu, Hokuriku, Chubu, Kinki, Shikoku, Chugoku, and Kyushu regions → Arrives within 1 day from shipment. Arrive as soon as the next day after ordering!
  • Hokkaido, Northern Tohoku, Okinawa, and other remote islands → Arrives within 2 days from shipping (more than 2 days for remote islands). Arrives the next day after ordering at the earliest!

Conditions such as time specifications vary depending on the region.

Order flow

  • The submitted order details will be automatically sent to the customer.
  • After receiving your order, we will notify you via email within 1 business day that the order has been completed. This email is not an automatic reply, but is created and sent to you by our staff after confirming your order details, payment method, etc. If we have any questions to confirm, we may call you.
  • We will notify you of the " shipment date ", " estimated arrival date ", " payment status ", " order details ", etc. Unless there are any changes or cancellations, please wait for a while until shipping.
  • Changes and cancellations are accepted up to the day before the shipping date. Please check the contents of your order confirmation email and contact us as soon as possible.
  • We will contact you via email once the product has been shipped. The estimated delivery date and time are listed. The email will contain Kuroneko Yamato Cool Takkyubin's "inquiry slip number", so please use it to check the delivery status of your product.

About email

If you do not receive an "automatic reply confirmation email" or "confirmation email," it is possible that your email address is incorrect or that your order was not placed successfully .
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by email/phone/FAX.

*If you are using free email, please check your spam folder once again.

  • Please check your email address again. If the information is entered incorrectly, we will not be able to send you the automatic reply confirmation email or order details email.
  • Please note that if there are any questions regarding shipping and we are unable to contact you via email, we may contact you by phone to confirm. In this case, the product will be shipped after confirmation.

Other formats are also OK! Required information to fill in

  • Ordered product name/quantity/payment method
  • Client's name/address/telephone number
  • Recipient's name/address/telephone number (if delivery address is different)
  • Delivery date/time specification/noshi etc. (if specified)

Order in store

All products listed on the homepage can also be purchased in-store. There are some products that are not listed on the homepage.
Depending on stock status, you may have to wait or we may not be able to deliver the item on the same day, so if you are in a hurry, we recommend that you call us first to confirm.
