How does Shabu-shabu "Supreme Loin" compare to other cuts?
Supreme Loin is the embodiment of marbled beef at its finest.
"Premium," made from shoulder, has a more pronounced lean flavor — light, healthy, and loved by everyone. "Supreme" also uses shoulder, but with a bit more marbling for added tenderness. Think of Supreme as the best of both worlds — lean flavor with marbled softness.
