"Premium" has a more pronounced lean character — light, healthy, and loved by everyone. For those who want ultimate tenderness above all, try the "Supreme Loin" or "Sirloin."

Thick slices, rich with flavor
Our generously thick slices — as thick as our sukiyaki cuts — are a tradition since the founding of our shop, made possible by the exceptional tenderness of Kobe Beef. Set aside the notion that "shabu-shabu means paper-thin" and enjoy the full, deep flavor of the beef.
Beef tallow is included for "yaki-shabu" (seared shabu-shabu).
