Yes, free of charge. You can specify during checkout. We offer cho-musubi (bow knot), musubi-kiri (square knot), ki-shiro musubi-kiri, and more.

Will any invoices or price information be included?

No. Since many orders are gifts, we never include invoices or any documents showing the price with the product.

How do I give it in person?

Enter your own information as the shipping destination. We can include a free carrying bag with gift catalogs. The catalog and application postcard contain no information about the purchaser.

How do I redeem a gift catalog?

Fill in the included postcard and mail it, or apply online using the URL or QR code printed in the catalog.

Is there an expiration date?

Yes, 6 months from the shipping date. Even after expiration, we'll do our best to accommodate postcard applications flexibly.

How do the different courses differ?

They differ in the selection of products available. Please see the gift catalog collection page for details.

Can I specify a delivery date and time?

Yes, you can select your preferred date and time during checkout. Available time slots: Morning / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-20:00 / 19:00-21:00. Orders placed by 2:00 PM on business days can be delivered the next day (some areas excluded).

How much is shipping?

A flat rate of ¥880 (tax included) nationwide. Free shipping on orders of ¥8,640 or more.

Will it arrive refrigerated or frozen?

Refrigerated is the default. If you prefer frozen delivery, please note "Frozen preferred" in the order notes at checkout.

What is the shelf life?

Refrigerated products have a shelf life of 4 days from the shipping date. Frozen products vary by item — please check the individual product pages.
