Cut fresh on the day of shipment — delivered chilled by Yamato Transport
Each steak is carefully cut one by one from a perfectly aged block, fresh on the day of shipment. We ship immediately via Yamato Transport Cool Express (chilled). Never frozen, so you enjoy the full flavor of the beef without any compromise.
You will receive a tracking number by email once shipped, so you can use this for gifting with peace of mind. All orders are delivered with cold packs.
We do not carry steak sauce, but we do offer "Onion Ponzu" — a wonderful condiment that brings out the flavor of Kobe Beef without overpowering it. We highly recommend giving it a try.

A flat rate of ¥880 (tax included) nationwide. Free shipping on orders of ¥8,640 or more.
