How does Sukiyaki "Premium" compare to other cuts?
Light and healthy, "Premium" is perfect for a gathering with guests of all ages. If you prefer richly marbled meat, try our "Supreme Loin."
"Supreme" also uses shoulder, a lean cut, but "Premium" has an even stronger lean character. Supreme has slightly more marbling and a softer texture.

Yes, you can select your preferred date and time during checkout. Available time slots: Morning / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-20:00 / 19:00-21:00. Orders placed by 2:00 PM on business days can be delivered the next day (some areas excluded).
A flat rate of ¥880 (tax included) nationwide. Free shipping on orders of ¥8,640 or more.
