How do I cook the croquettes?

Deep-fry from frozen at 170-180°C for about 5 minutes. Do NOT thaw before frying — they may burst. Microwave cooking is not recommended.

How do I heat the tsukudani/shigure-ni?

Heat the pouch in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, or transfer to a dish and microwave.

What is the shelf life and storage method?

Frozen products vary by item — please check the individual product pages. Consume promptly after opening.
