How to Enjoy

Remove the miso and grill over charcoal on a wire rack for the best flavor. (A kitchen grill also works beautifully.)

For extra aroma, try leaving a thin layer of miso on the beef as it grills. The fragrant scent of toasting miso is a treat in itself.

Shelf Life and Best Timing

Best enjoyed 3 days or more after the production date. The longer it rests, the deeper and saltier the miso flavor becomes.

Keeps for about 10 days refrigerated. In a cool environment, it also keeps at room temperature for roughly 2 days, making it practical to carry for extended periods. (Please avoid hot weather.)

* For storage beyond 10 days, keep in the freezer. During summer months, we recommend enjoying it sooner.

It Was Delicious

I contacted the recipient to ask how they liked it, and they said it was absolutely delicious.
They said it came with two pieces and they enjoyed one yesterday. They took the other one out of the miso and froze it so it wouldn't get too salty. They said the meat was wonderfully tender.

How should I store it?

Please keep refrigerated. The shelf life is listed on the product page.

Can I carry it at room temperature?

Yes, for a few hours. We include a large ice pack. Please avoid heaters and direct sunlight, and keep it as cool as possible.

Can I specify a delivery date and time?

Yes, you can select your preferred date and time during checkout. Available time slots: Morning / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-20:00 / 19:00-21:00. Orders placed by 2:00 PM on business days can be delivered the next day (some areas excluded).

How much is shipping?

A flat rate of ¥880 (tax included) nationwide. Free shipping on orders of ¥8,640 or more.

Will it arrive refrigerated or frozen?

Refrigerated is the default. If you prefer frozen delivery, please note "Frozen preferred" in the order notes at checkout.

What is the shelf life?

Refrigerated products have a shelf life of 4 days from the shipping date. Frozen products vary by item — please check the individual product pages.
