Menchi-katsu (Minced Beef Cutlet) is said to have originated in Kobe in the early Showa era, developed as an improvement on the Western-style "mince ball" (meatball).
Inspired by that original creation, our Menchi-katsu "The Origin" features a compact mince-ball shape and uses only the finest Kobe beef. The seasoning is kept simple to let the natural richness of the meat take center stage, delivering a deeply satisfying, meaty bite.
The smaller size makes them easy to fry at home.
