We have brought that spirit of curry as a fine delicacy into the modern age, using only Kobe beef for the meat. The result is a curry that feels a little more special than the everyday -- a taste of how curry was meant to be.

Just like curry, chutney -- an essential ingredient in great curry-making -- traveled from India to Britain and then around the world. Our manufacturer, Harima Foods, was Japan's first chutney maker, and we use their signature chutney, perfected over 100 years of dedication.
Canned for superior flavor and long shelf life
Today, most ready-made curries come in vacuum-sealed retort pouches. While convenient, retort pouches can produce an off-putting aroma during heating.
Canning requires a bit more effort to heat and open, but the longer cooking time during production enhances the flavor of the ingredients and deepens the richness of the roux. Our commitment is to deliver the best possible taste, even in a shelf-stable product.
