Our craftsmen hand-cut each slice from individual blocks, adjusting the angle piece by piece to ensure consistent tenderness throughout.

Compared to other cuts...

If you prefer richly marbled meat, we recommend our "Rib Loin" or "Supreme Short Rib." But for those who want to eat to their heart's content, the clean and healthy Round is the ideal choice. Growing in popularity with the lean-beef trend.

The Round Was Delicious
