A popular part of the steakhouse "rib loin" cut for yakiniku. You can enjoy the taste of "melting in your mouth" that is made up of fine meat quality and delicate marbling. The sweet, light, high-quality fat is unique to Kobe beef.
The melting point of Kobe beef fat is so low that it melts even at room temperature. It has a rich taste, but the reason why it is difficult to hold is because of the high-quality fat of Kobe beef.
From each block, craftsmen distinguish between hard and soft parts, and hand-cut each block with different cuts.
The best ingredients, first with salt and pepper.
Whether you enjoy it lightly with ponzu sauce, or if you think yakiniku should be served with sauce, you will surely be satisfied. Please enjoy the sweetness of the ingredients.
