Kobe Beef Shabu-shabu Sirloin

I had ordered from here several years ago and was so impressed by the careful, prompt service and the delicious products that I decided to order again.
As expected, the Premium sirloin was so tender it just melted in my mouth.
I'm now convinced of its unbeatable quality.
Next time, I'd like to try a different product and savor it.

My mother is quite elderly, and she always said she wanted to try some really good meat. We grew up poor, so she'd never had premium beef before.
I'd tried buying Kuroge Wagyu and Sendai Wagyu from local butchers, but she could never manage to eat them properly since she has no natural teeth and wears full dentures. I always thought I'd find a way to let her enjoy good meat while she's still healthy enough to eat. I found this shop while searching online and made a purchase.
She was truly overjoyed, saying she'd never tasted meat like this before, and she ate with such enthusiasm.

I was so impressed years ago by this well-marbled yet surprisingly light-tasting meat that I ordered it again for my daughter's special occasion. Just as I'd hoped, the quality was unique — so easy on the stomach — and I'm completely satisfied. It may be hard to justify for everyday meals, but I'd love to order again for a special occasion.

When I first ordered, the slices had their left edges slightly folded and were arranged alternately in a truly beautiful way. I was deeply moved by the love for the product and the thoughtfulness toward the customer in making it easier to cook. It's a shame I haven't seen that presentation recently — perhaps that person has retired? The meat is just as delicious as ever, though, and I continue to enjoy it.
