This is Kobe Beef at its finest! An assortment of two distinct steaks: richly marbled "Loin" and a rare, prized cut from deep within the round — "Ramushin" or "Shinshin" — where only the most tender center portion is selected and luxuriously sliced for steak.

Cut fresh on the day of shipment, delivered chilled by Yamato Transport

Each steak is carefully hand-cut from a perfectly aged block on the very day it ships, ensuring peak freshness. We send it straight out via Yamato Transport Cool Express (chilled). Because the beef is never frozen, you enjoy the full depth of flavor in every bite.

Once your order ships, we email you the tracking number, so you can use this with confidence as a gift. Every package includes a cold pack to maintain freshness during transit.

We do not carry steak sauce, but we do offer Onion Ponzu Sauce — a wonderful condiment that brings out the natural flavor of Kobe Beef without overpowering it. Do take a look.

We recommend about 150-200g per person as a general guide.

What's the difference between sukiyaki and shabu-shabu cuts?

At our shop, sukiyaki and shabu-shabu cuts are the same meat sliced to the same thickness. Either can be enjoyed as sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, or both.

Can I freeze the meat after delivery?

Yes. For best quality, wrap the meat tightly with plastic wrap to minimize air exposure before freezing.

Can I specify a delivery date and time?

Yes, you can select your preferred date and time during checkout. Available time slots: Morning / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-20:00 / 19:00-21:00. Orders placed by 2:00 PM on business days can be delivered the next day (some areas excluded).

How much is shipping?

A flat rate of ¥880 (tax included) nationwide. Free shipping on orders of ¥8,640 or more.

Will it arrive refrigerated or frozen?

Refrigerated is the default. If you prefer frozen delivery, please note "Frozen preferred" in the order notes at checkout.

What is the shelf life?

Refrigerated products have a shelf life of 4 days from the shipping date. Frozen products vary by item — please check the individual product pages.
