This is beef at its most primal -- 120% pure satisfaction! Chuck Tender (also known as "tonbi" or "togarashi") is a rare cut, yielding only about 2kg per animal. Located where the shoulder meets the foreleg, the meat has a texture similar to round.

The inner portion features delicate marbling. The flavor is remarkably clean and subtly sweet -- with each firm bite, the rich taste gently unfolds. A cut that truly represents the best of lean beef.

Lean but Tender

It's a lean cut, but it has fine marbling throughout and is very tender.
The quality of the meat is so good that you can recreate hotel-quality roast beef right at home!
