With onions from Awajishima Imai Farm
Quickly baked with 5 kinds of blended salt.
Tatsuya's proud "Kobe Beef Gyumeshi"
Speaking of sukiyaki in the Kansai region, the first thing that comes to mind is grilling the meat.
And without using warishita, it is seasoned with sugar, soy sauce, and sake.
It is a full-fledged gyumeshi made with the same method as Kansai-style sukiyaki.
