1.Started with rail freight

I'm not sure when our shop started mail-order, but when the owner was a child, we used to send goods by rail freight. For the first time, I was able to send not only "miso-zuke" but also "regular meat" steak and sukiyaki meat. There was no refrigerated delivery service yet, so I put dry ice in a styrofoam bag and sent it. It's still a little later that the cooling agent was made.

3. From styrofoam to the current gift box

In 1988, Cool TA-Q-BIN was launched! At the same time, it has become a gift box that we are currently using at our store. The main feature is that it can be recognized as "Kobe beef" at a glance. The customer will know the contents as soon as it arrives, so you can prevent them from accidentally leaving it in the refrigerator. The courier also takes care when carrying it.

4. And now

Now, not only can you specify the delivery date, but you can also specify the time, so you can more reliably deliver to your customers. You can also easily check the delivery status of your package online. The courier service has become really convenient.

We have been working with Kuroneko Yamato since the beginning, and they pay special attention to "Tatsuya Luggage". If there is no delivery address for a gift, we will contact our store immediately. Since it is meat, temperature control is very important. It is important to cooperate with Yamato, such as immediately switching from refrigerated to frozen if we cannot contact the recipient by the next day, and if we know that the customer is away for an extended period of time, we will pick up the item and confirm that it is at home before sending the new item. is. Other courier companies have improved their service levels, but Kuroneko Yamato is the most reliable when it comes to refrigerated delivery.

If we don't use a gift box, we put a "KOBEBEEF" sticker on it so that you can see what's inside, and we always put ice packs in it. Accidents don't happen that often, but since it's a "meat" that is given with the sincerity of an important customer, I think it's necessary for the person who delivers the package to take meticulous care without relying solely on the delivery company.
