Jun 3-9: A Special Biriyani from the Acclaimed Biriyani Osawa x Kobe Beef Tatsuya, Exclusive to Ginza Mitsukoshi

We are delighted to share that Biriyani Osawa, the popular biriyani specialist in Kanda, will be serving a biriyani made with Tatsuya's beef at a pop-up in Ginza Mitsukoshi.

Biriyani Osawa is known as a fully reservation-only counter restaurant, drawing a devoted following with a style focused on a single dish: biriyani. It was also selected as a Bib Gourmand in the MICHELIN Guide Tokyo 2026.

We are honored that our beef will be featured in one of their special dishes.

The aroma of the spices, the flavor infused into every grain of rice, and the presence of the beef itself.
We are very much looking forward to seeing how Tatsuya's beef is expressed within Biriyani Osawa's delicate yet powerful cooking.

This offering is exclusive to the pop-up at Ginza Mitsukoshi.

The event runs Wednesday, Jun 3 to Tuesday, Jun 9, 2026, at GINZA Stage, B2F, Main Building, Ginza Mitsukoshi.
