Tatsuya will open a store at "Raku Fes 2015" held at Tokyo Big Sight from 8/1 (Sat.) to 8/5 (Wed.)!
We will sell "Kobe beef beef rice" using Tatsuya's proud Kobe beef chopped off !
Speaking of sukiyaki in the Kansai region, the first thing that comes to mind is grilling the meat.
And without using warishita, it is seasoned with sugar, soy sauce, and sake.
It is a full-fledged gyumeshi made with the same method as Kansai-style sukiyaki.
