Stir-fried daikon radish and pork with soy sauce by Ishinouemo 3nen

comment

It's just a stir-fry dish. However, Teflon-coated frying pans do not have iron content, so they are not delicious.

material

Radish leaves: 1 piece (Boil hard ones quickly or chin them)
Garlic: 1 piece Pork belly: 200g
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Pepper: A little Lard: 1 tablespoon (if not, use regular oil)

how to make

1. Add 1 tablespoon of lard or oil to a cast iron skillet over high heat and sauté the garlic slices, pork belly and a pinch of pepper.
2. Increase the heat to high and add the radish leaves.
3. Turn the heat to high, and when it becomes tender, add soy sauce to the pan. that's all.
