Kobe Selection 10 Awarded first place in the food category!

We opened a store at the Kobe Selection.10 final screening held on November 18th.

What is "Kobe Selection"?

This time, which will be the 10th time to commemorate, we will exhibit the popular new product " Kobe beef beef jerky ".
From the selection of Kobe beef as raw material, to the seasoning and drying conditions, we have carefully examined the ingredients, and created it through repeated trial and error.
It's a room temperature product, so it's perfect as a souvenir.
We aim to become a new staple of Kobe souvenirs.

Our chefs carefully cut off the excess fat, which is the source of the acrid taste.
Although lean meat is used as a raw material, Kobe beef's lean meat has a lot of "invisible marbling", so even if it is dried until it can be stored at room temperature, the texture is "juicy and soft".
