Noza-style Goya Chanpuru by Noza
comment
Eliminate summer fatigue! So, I tried making it with Miyomi Mine. I don't know how to make it in earnest, but it's surprisingly good.
material
Goya (bitter melon): 2 sausages: 10 (pork, beef, bacon are also OK) ・
Firm tofu: 1 block Eggs: 2 Garlic slices, sesame oil, sake, salt, pepper
how to make
1. 2. Cut the bitter gourd in half lengthwise, remove the cotton, and cut into 5 mm thick slices. 3. Heat a frying pan, add sesame oil and garlic slices, and sauté the sausage with salt and pepper. 4. Add bitter gourd and fry with sake, salt and pepper. 4. When bitter gourd becomes tender, add tofu and stir-fry. Add lightly beaten eggs and sprinkle with soy sauce to complete.
how to eat
If you don't like the bitterness of bitter gourd, it seems better to cut it into thinner slices, stir-fry it well, add sake, and then cover it with a lid and steam-grill it. I like bitterness, so I made it thicker, but it was a bit of a mistake; about 5mm was just right.
