Originated in festivals in various parts of Italy,
It is a painting of flower petals on roads and squares.
In Kobe City, to repose the souls of the earthquake victims and heal the hearts of the injured people
It has been held every April since 1997.
In 2007, it was held at 5 venues such as Kitanozaka and Marine Pia Kobe, and was also held for 2 days at the Anamon shopping arcade where our restaurant Tatsuya is located.
