Our "Halal Kobe Beef" was introduced in the morning edition of the Mainichi Shimbun.

This is the third company to be interviewed since we started sales in January this year, and I feel the high interest in "Halal" among the media who are sensitive to the times.

In the article, Mr. Ye An Naing, a Muslim Myanmar who was in charge of processing the Halal Kobe beef that is currently on sale, said, "If Halal certification increases, Muslims will be able to buy with peace of mind. It will be good for both the store and the country as a whole. It will be a plus” was impressive.

At this stage, we are only selling in stores and online, but we would like to develop sales channels such as delivering to hotels and restaurants used by Muslim tourists in the future.
In addition, we only handle "steak" and "yakiniku", but as the shopkeeper's words in the article say, we are considering selling "Sukiyaki", the most recommended Kobe beef dish, in the future.
