The shopkeeper appeared live on Radio Osaka "Shofukutei Ginbin no Gingin Wide"
On 6/17 (Tue.), the shopkeeper made a live appearance on the popular program "Shofukutei Ginbin no Gingin Wide" on Radio Osaka.
Mr. Shofukutei Ginpei introduced "Kobe Beef Shigure-ni/Tsukudani" at [Daily Corner My Recommendation], and the owner gave an explanation.
When Ginpei held a rakugo solo performance in Kobe, Mamiko Wada, the assistant announcer of this program, brought our store's shigureni and tsukudani.
It was served by everyone in the family and was very well received, which led to the appearance of this time.
On air, Mr. Ginhei and announcer Wada actually ate it, and the owner explained the origin of the product, the manufacturing process, and the difference in taste between shigureni and tsukudani, including episodes from his boyhood.
