"Kobe Beef Sukiyaki" was introduced on Sun TV "NEWS SIGNAL"!
We were interviewed by Sun TV "NEWS SIGNAL" at the preview venue of "Kobe Selection.5" held on Friday, January 20th.
On the day of the event, a luxurious set of sake, soy sauce, sugar and Kobe beef, "Kobe Beef Sukiyaki", which is a selected product of "Kobe Selection.5", was actually cooked on the spot and tasted by everyone at the venue.
We will explain the sake, soy sauce, sugar, and meat carefully selected by our shop owner, and we will film a demonstration of our recommended sukiyaki recipe, “Bake the meat first.” A sweet scent spread around, and the faces of the staff were smiling.
It was broadcast on "NEWS SIGNAL" from 17:30 on the day.
