"Kobe Selection.5" preview was introduced in Mainichi Shimbun (January 21st)!
On January 21st (Sat), the Mainichi Shimbun introduced the preview of "Kobe Selection.5".
Our shop actually cooked the selected product "Kobe Beef Sukiyaki" on the spot and had everyone taste it.
The photo used was taken from the cooking process at our restaurant.
When you pour beef fat into the pot, the sweet smell of fat fills the venue.
The 10 kg of meat we prepared was gone in less than 3 hours, and it was a great success.
* "Kobe Beef Sukiyaki" is not currently sold on this website.
