All you need is minced beef, onions, and eggs! Even better if you use minced wagyu beef.
You can eat plenty of cabbage, so it's okay to cut a lot.
material
(2 servings)
Japanese beef mince: 400g
Onions: 3 (chopped)
Cabbage: 1/4 (shredded)
Eggs: 4-6 salad oil, salt, pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise
how to make
1. Place the shredded cabbage on a plate.
2. Heat a frying pan and add a generous amount of salad oil. Add minced beef and season with salt and pepper.
It tastes better with plenty of pepper (←because I like pepper ;;).
3. When the fire goes around to some extent, add the chopped onion,
Season again with salt and pepper. When the onions are translucent and cooked, remove them to a bowl.
4. Put plenty of salad oil in a frying pan (without washing it),
Break in 2-3 eggs, sprinkle with a little salt, and mix lightly.
5. Place the desired amount of ingredients in a bowl, adjust the shape, and serve on a plate with cabbage.
*If you put the ingredients on the left side and slide them onto the plate, the eggs on the right side will naturally cover them and you can clean them up!
how to eat
If desired, add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise.
If I have leftover ingredients, I just put them on cabbage and eat them.
